We met by chance, when Bobby stopped by Cactus Moon to meet up with his old college friends Kurt and Ashley Gremmert. My first thought was he is nice looking. Then he spoke and Bobby is so sincere and soft spoken. I walked away thinking you can see his soul when he talks too you. He's a great guy. His visits became more frequent meeting Kurt and Ash and some of the other boys he befriended during the months. As his visits became more frequent so did our conversations about our common interest and similarities and of course our children (Bobby's son Mitchell (and Nick) and my daughters Chelsea and Katelynn) and our friendship developed. We started asking each other how the others children were within the first five minutes. As time went on it became clear to both Bobby and myself that there was more than a friendship growing between us . When I didn't see him for a week or so I would ask Kurt about him or Kurt would always tell me hello from him. Kurt and Ashley had arranged with me to meet them at the Woodfire grill one evening and about an hour into it Bobby came walking in. I asked him if he was happy to see me. He said he was very happy. My heart is still racing!!

Dating led me to ask Stacey and her girls to spend Christmas with Mitch and I in Hawaii. I realized during our trip that Stacey is the woman whom I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. On the evening of December 30th, 2008 on the beach in Waikiki, HI I asked her to marry me.

I couldn't imagine not spending my life with him. Our love and devotion to each other and our children is unconditional. When I think there is no way I could love this man anymore than I do, I find myself loving and cherishing him even more than I ever knew was possible. Bobby aka Robert is my everything!!

We are staying at the Royal Lahaina Resort on The West side of Maui. Our wedding will be on August 14th, 2009 at Kapalua Bay Beach at 10:00 am. After our wedding we will spend the afternoon with our children. Put your skirts on at 5:30 we will treat our guest to the Old Lahaina Luau. Enjoying polynisian culture, dance and a great feast of course.
